Hate Speech is a Contagious Disease

Today, the 20th, is International Day of Happiness.

We find happiness in the little things of life. We find happiness when we forgive and let go.

We find happiness in our imperfections.

We find happiness when we are forever humble.

We find happiness in a continuum of rightful, positive thinking.

We find happiness first right from within, our interior man.

We find happiness when we don’t take to heart unpleasant events.

We find happiness, not first in loving others, but in first loving ourselves.

We find happiness when we fail, fail, fail again so that we can be better next time.

We find happiness in our failures and in our successes.

We find happiness when we don’t overspend beyond our required budgets.

We find happiness when we inhabit each day in profound gratitude.

We find happiness when we don’t expect others to pay us back in return.

We find happiness in the moment we learn to accept others as they are.

Above all, we find happiness when we make others happy,

When we genuinely lend helping hands to others.

Happiness is the perfect route to peaceful long life.
